I just happened across this post - - - - I have a great 1996 Dutchstar 40' with superslide 275hp cummins good hitch, stacked full size washer and dryer.

Gets 15MPG at 60 mph not towing and 12MPG at 60 towing a trailer with my Goldwing SE and my S10 Blazer inside going to my little 5 acre spot at Ft Drum FL

This was $135,000.00 in 1996 and it has new tires and only 40,000 miles I would like $55,000.00 and would take construction equipment or angus cows in trade!

I will get some pictures but it is inside for the winter and they will need to wait till I get it out ( about 2 to 3 weeks ) unless someone is interested and I could get it out sooner ( equipment is stacked in like cord wood as I have too many toys and not enough room to store).

You could put a 4 horse trailer behind this and while you are going from one place to another you do your laundry in route and if someone ( normally me ) is hungry someone else just gets me something. If someone ( normally my wife ) needs the facilities she just goes!

No looking for rest stops and no one tied up at a laundromat!
