Ok. I'm going to clinch this once and for all. HE WAS MURDERED. A 17-year-old kid was MURDERED. It does not matter what he had been in trouble for in the past. Murder is murder no matter who it is.

An eye witness has testified to this and a broken nose and bloodied head is evidence to that FACT. If Trayvon attacked Zimmerman while he was returning to his vehicle after the 911 operator told him to stop following him then TRAYVON was not murdered Zimmerman was defending himself from an attack from a violent assault from a hooded stranger with a drug history.

A neighborhood watch person is supposed to observe and report not confront and escalate.
Zimmerman is just another nobody geek that couldn't get laid in a whorehouse. He thought carrying a gun around would make him a big man. It is too bad that Jesse and Al had to get involved. If Zimmerman had been arrested right away and left in jail they wouldn't have had too.

really a persons history is their character.. some are good and some are bad...
and yes often in a tense situation it matters if you are a law abiding citizen or one who doesn't have a high regard for the laws...

he was wandering about in the rain in a gated community.. with his hand on his trouser front.. (holdin up his saggy's or keepin his hand on his weapon)..
when an SUV pulled up, he put his hood up.. and ran ...
when confronted about his suspicious activity.. (walking in a gated comunity in the rain holdin up his saggy's.. or keepin his hand on his weapon.. putin his hoody up,.. and runnin).. Travon responded by attacking the neighborhood watch captain...
the watch captain didn't find him after he ran and hid.. ...Zimmerman had lost him according to eyewitness accounts.. and was returning to his SUV...
and was attacked..
where is the confrontation by Zimmerman? there is none.. it didn't get to that point.. because Travon resorted to suspicious activity instead of law abiding societal norms.. and attacked the neighborhood watch captain out paroling in a gated community with a recent upsurge in burglaries and murder..

maybe they can answer one easy question...
travon was wandering around a gated community.. (restricted access to residents and invited guests).. gates , high walls.. and security.. are the norm in these communities..
the vehicle gates are secure and require resident access.. yet often walkin points and walls are easily bypassed for entry by suspicious people..
so why would Travon expect someone in a vehicle to be anything of concern.. you can't jump a wall with a SUV...
anyways.. to my question...
if you were at home... riding on your property in your truck.. (or SUV)
and you saw a person walking around your place looking at your stuff...
when you saw him you called the wife to see if she new the guy... she didn't...
so you drive up to see what is going on.. and he pulls up his britiches, pulls up his hood over his face and runs.. and hides...
you might.. grab the rifle out of the rack,.. go to the house and get a gun,.. even call you son daughter or wife for more backup...

According to the released 911 tapes Zimmerman was asked by the operator if he was FOLLOWING the suspect and Zimmerman said yes. The operator then said they didn't need him to FOLLOW him and Zimmerman's response was OK
Can you please provide a link to where it says Zimmerman caught up to Trayvon that was running from him and confronted him in anyway? As from everything I have read and heard Zimmerman had stopped following him and was on his way back to his vehicle when Trayvon confronted him and beat him.
Eye Witness be damned and Police reports and 911 tapes be damned your little gangbanger with a history of drugs was murdered. Remmtein you have yet again proven you don't need FACTS to make up your mind on an issue. :roll:
