how old are they and what do u figure number of cows to a bull?

The bulls we kept over are two years old this spring. We figure the two-year-olds can breed 25 cows each, and the yearlings about 20. Mostl of these bulls are just commercial Angus. There is a little something else in some of them, because there are a few scurs. Our cows don't care.

It doesn't seem like it should be bull turning out season yet, but time marches on. We are yet to brand a calf, but this mornings shower was a nice diversion. Good looking cattle Soapweed.
