The TV is reporting this is the 3rd highest monthly Confidence Index rise in 32 years.... :)

Deficit/days mean little- when you make one move in one day that indebts the country for $ trillions over the next 50 years....

The Republican/Bush economy and economic policy was abysmal- and a total failure....Time to give the other side a chance...They can't do any worse....
