Obviously the Us Government is not keeping these illegals out either, or why would there be a need for "independent" groups willing to do it?

The border is a line, if someone who shouldn't crosses it, then two countries are not doing their jobs. One for not catching them first and one for not catching them once they cross. The question is, do we need people staring across the line at eachother to be effective? Or should we co-operate to be the most effective in survelance?

there are obviously interests in the usa who want the mexicans coming up to fill low paid, low skill jobs. for all the complaints, legitimate and otherwise, the mexicans do fill a need.
