I want whatever it is that these people are drinking when they approve these grants. And how exactly do you "study" a made up interaction with an imaginary being?

You can't make this stuff up. There is only only 536 elected officials in congress and the White House, and over 311 million Americans.

As more people realize this we will see some real "Change".
