My career choices decades ago involved a company pension and health benefits at retirement. Now, all these years later, it was a bad choice. Obama has taken away the retirement insurance plans we earned.

Think of all the people who did things like drive school busses all those years for the same reasons.

No one seems to recognize how bad this has hurt people who had planned for the future. The best laid plans have now been spoiled.

Maybe I won't need it. Who knows? I was not willing to gamble. Obama has now gambled for me. If things are reversed with the new administration, will corporations go back to the original plans for their retirees? I highly doubt it. Millions are hosed. We do not have golden parachutes.

am I the only one to see the irony of this achievement?

it makes a guy like me wonder what ol George did to keep the uninsured rates down when he was president..

oh and is 15.6 ( Obama's best) and 14.4 really a good comparison?

Well considering Obama spent Hundreds of Billions on a Simulus package to fix the economy and less people are working now than when he took office, I guess the idea of having the same rate of uninsured now as when he took office, after he spent hundreds of Billions on fixing the Healthcare system, might be considered a success.

But some how I doubt the numbers are correct and the Un-insured numbers are just like the UN-EMPLOYED numbers. Larger than Obama and his crooks are willing to admit to.
