Has anyone taken these courses? It's a home study thing. 5 areas covered. Just wondered if any of you know anything about them.

I went to one at Texas A & M a few years ago. We talked about the different way of cooking Bevo.

Yeah, I went to one of those at K-State several weeks ago. Dr. Funston from UNL was the best speaker of the day. This course I'm asking about is 4- 5 segments. It's all done at home, within your time parameters. One section is nutrition, another is genetics and breeding, production on range land, etc. You can pick and choose which courses you want to take. Just wondered if anyone was familiar with it or had taken it. I'm not above trying to learn more

I have done one of them, but I didn't send in all the tests. I just bought the book and went through it on my own. They are pretty good more entry level management courses. The one I got was one of the old ones before they rewrote the course and it was on nutrition. Overall, for the price of the manual I thought it was worth it as a good refresher for some of the things that I had learned in school but that I was starting to forget.
