I sent this e-mail to my congressmen and senators, and hope everyone can send a similar notice to their elected representatives in support of tomorrows impromptu rally in DC tomorrow..

To Senator Menandez,

Since I didn't receive a response from your office after our last contact and your ignoreing our DC tea party protest, I will be stopping in to see New Jersey's representatives tomorrow to let you know we are displeased with the democratic leadership's actions this year.

hopefully you can take the time to acknowledge the tea-parties presence at your doorstep tomorrow, at our Capital.

I'll try to take a few pictures to let everyone know how it turned out., and an address where you can wire bail money..

You go Steve! If you all get thrown in jail, I'll help get some funds rounded up in a jiffy. Make out an additional pink slip from Cade Christensen!

There was a warning issued today about Pelosi having the power to limit the access to Capital hill. I hope those that attended tomorrow can show her who's house she is limiting access to.

Do we need to start passing around a hat?

no all went well.. I almost got a ticket for not crossing at a cross walk, but decided to walk the extra block to cross instead, ( apparently nancy crapword was concerned that the older folk might get hurt if they crossed directly from the Capital to the legislative offices so she posted officers at the main crossing who forced protesters to walk to the corner before crossing... )

it was a fairly large crowd, and even with the dems sending quite a few agitators thru everyone was extremely civilized, there was a free peltier bunch that was repeatedly asked to leave.. and did finally go of to a far corner after an officer intervened, but the most telling agitators were the young page/staffers with the pre-printed death to the un-insured signs that made their rounds..

at the legislators offices we were met with security that was friendly, helpful, and most congress offices vacant of congress people.. My republican (RINO) congressman was in and spoke with me and assured me he was voting against the bill...

I stopped at Congressman Joe Sestak office with a friend only to hear a bunch of liberal talking points and him say he was unconcerned if he is voted out over this issue. when asked if he was supposed to represent his district, he changed the subject..

nancy crapword was out.. but she does have a nice office.. I recognized one of the pages and asked her if she liked the protest.. she turned a little red and said what protest..

I also stopped at congress lady Stephanie Sandlin office.. (it wasn't nearly as nice as Nancy's office) but her staff was really nice... she was at the Tribal meeting with Obama. so all I could do was sign the log and leave a message..

I asked her (and all the other representatives I met the same question,

Isn't this really a plan to rob the Medicare trust fund?

if the balance of the new health care is to be funded by savings from Medicare.. isn't the savings that should be left in the "Medicare insurance trust fund" being used by the federal government to fund un-insured health care in fact being stole from the "medicare trust fund"? [/b]

it received blank stares.. and stammers..

I urge everyone to e-mail this question to everyone on your e-mail list to mail to every senator and congress person from both parties.. and to do it today..

they are set to rob the Medicare trust fund for 100s of billions of dollars.. $500 billion according to Congressman Lobiondo R..

I will try to post a few pictures I took this evening.

here are a few from online..

Bravo steve.
First of all to be able to be at the capitol and make a statement is just awesome. And to think you would do it is proof that you are a great American.

I just pray that more can get involved even if it is just sending an e-mail to their congressman or senators..
