USDA - Suspect US animal may have rare mad cow strain

My goodness. Since there is now way in heck that feed can be ultimately proven to be the cause of a cow having BSE on either an genaral and especially on an individual case. Why would the Canadian BSE postive cows be suspect of the same thing as these cooks are saying about the America cow.
