This is Long BUT Well Worth your Time
I would like to ad - - Many City Youth are becoming Small Animal Vet's with Little or NO Ag/Farm/Ranch Life Experience in Ag (X,Y, or Z) Subjects.
Yet PETA and Humane Assc. ask (just because they ARE Vet's) their Opinions on these same (X,Y, or Z) Subjects.
Then Express their Their Thoughts as Fact...

A book well worth reading.

Mr. Smith details the differences between the concepts of animal rights and animal welfare. He discusses the actual and potential consequences of meeting the intermediate and ultimate demands/goals of animal rights personnel.

Includes references and an index.

Hello, Rich:
We also interviewed Smith for Truth in Food. The link at bottom will take you there. Gives a pretty good outline of the book, (which I agree every livestock farmer should read).
Best regards,
Mike
