At 5:30 in the morning...we went to the kickoff Chuckwagon breakfast, This was one of my favorite highlights..

Oh can't ya just smell them buttermilk bisquits a cookin...and they were sooooo good too!

This is the Chuckwagon cook stirring the scrambled eggs, he and his wife are from a small town near Amarillo Texas and they come up to Cheyenne Frontier Days and compete in the cookoffs...We had eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy and fire brewed coffee...it was great.

After breakfast the wranglers bring in the several hundred head of roping steers and trail them down the road to the Frontier Days Park...it's a long time tradition...and was fun to be there and watch.

Ok...now I'm hungry! Nothin like breakfast cooked on an open fire. I loved the picture of the Cook stirrin the eggs. (black n white?maybe)

The rock formations are really neat, similar to some that I grew up goin to down in the Ft. Davis Mountains.
Cow creek is perdy perdy view.

Love the sunset picture too......course I like all your sunset shots.

Thanks for the mini trip to Wyoming :D
