Voting Machines in questions by DEMS.

The Dems are asking for a recount in Wis. Mich. and Penn. due to those elections are done with machines and the count didn't match the polls. There is no evidence of the machines were hacked like they seem to think they were but a Republican broke through their BLUE WALL in those states so there has to be a problem with the machines. Funny how Trump's polling said there was a weak spot in those states and that is why he visited those states so many times when the Liberals through he was wasting his time.

BTW if the Dems want to recount maybe they should look at the states where there were reports of the machines switching votes from Trump to Hillary and make sure those machines were not hacked or tampered with.

Any time the Republicans mentioned there was voter fraud the Dems screamed NOT THERE ISN"T but now that their anointed one lost in typical Blue States, there is voter fraud benefiting the Republicans. I would laugh if they recounted and they found the machines were rigged to show Hillary had more votes than she should have and she lost the Popular vote too. It would serve the Dems right.

The Polls were likely wrong as Trump supporters were working when the pollsters called unlike Hillary's supporters.

Normally I wouldn't be concerned but...

Clinton's popular vote lead passes the 2 million

Much of that lead was generated by California, where Clinton had 3.7 million more votes than Trump in the last totals reported Tuesday evening.

The Democratic vote was not distributed well enough across the country, however; Trump carried most of the states and prevailed in the Electoral College.

Add in
The 2016 electoral map results are still incomplete. Of course, shortly after his win in the state of Pennsylvania, which pushed his electoral vote total past the 270 mark, Republican nominee Donald J. Trump became President-elect in the early morning hours of November 9. However, a few states have taken a little bit longer to officially fall into the red or blue category.

New Hampshire, for example, wasn’t called until November 14. Eventually, The Associated Press announced that former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had won the states’ four electoral votes.

Though Tuesday will mark two weeks since election day, the Great Lakes state of Michigan has still yet to officially be called, making it the last state yet to be decided. However, most of the signs appear to be pointing to a slim victory for President-elect Trump

This might be the reason trump is backing off on convicting Hillery.

Jill Stein raises money to request recounts in key swing states where Trump won

Green Party nominee Jill Stein is asking her supporters for more than $2 million by next week to request a recount in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, three battleground states where "voting anomalies" have been alleged and Donald Trump won.

The campaign did not point out any specific evidence of fraud or irregularity, but cited reported hacks into voter and party databases that it says are "causing many Americans to wonder if our election results are reliable."

This is being done because 3 tech people said that the machines COULD be hacked like the DNC and Podesta's emails were. Problem is they also said there is no evidence the machines WERE hacked. They said it was possible but no evidence, so will the US go back to all paper ballots to stop the losing parties from digging up money and filing for a recount because the voting machines MIGHT HAVE BEEN HACKED. This could tie up the election results for months as Michigan still in not officially call for Trump and if they have to start over counting it could be Christmas before they finish. Stein has a couple Million dollars but doesn't think that will be enough to pay the lawyers to take the case on in all three states so she is asking Hillary's campaign to help pay for it. So far there has been no answer from Hillary. IS Hillary holding out as she knows the Dems were rigging the votes and if Green Party Stein gets the recount the Dems activities will be found out?

They also said the votes in the three questioned States that used machines are no different than the results in Iowa and some other Blue states that used paper ballots, that Trump was not predicted to win by the polls but did.

Hillary and her talk head media were all horrified with the thought that Trump might not accept the results and it would destroy the democracy so what will happen if Hillary and her camp come back out weeks after the election and file lawsuits for a recount in three states that Trump won. OH HOW OH HOW WILL THE DEMOCRACY SURVIVE. Oh never mind she is a Democrap, rules change when the Dems are carrying out their Constitutional right to PROTEST an election result.

According to Politico rules for recount are.

Michigan: A mandatory recount if 2,000 votes or less separate the top two candidates. Candidates can petition for a recount due to fraud or a counting error.

"Were this year’s deviations from pre-election polls the results of a cyberattack? Probably not. I believe the most likely explanation is that the polls were systematically wrong, rather than that the election was hacked. But I don’t believe that either one of these seemingly unlikely explanations is overwhelmingly more likely than the other. The only way to know whether a cyberattack changed the result is to closely examine the available physical evidence — paper ballots and voting equipment in critical states like Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, nobody is ever going to examine that evidence unless candidates in those states act now, in the next several days, to petition for recounts."

Michigan already recounted their vote Trump won that state by 10,000 on the recount so not likely a counting error, they use paper ballots and they say the counting machines are not online, so are they going to be willing to count again when one of the guys asking says it PROBABLY NOT DUE TO HACKING BUT LIKELY DUE TO POLLS BEING WRONG.

From what this guy said it looks more like a FISHING expedition and will Michigan go for it now that they have finished their recount and are ready to officially declare Trump the winner in that State?

Pennsylvania: Automatic recount when vote margin is less than 0.5 percent. Voters can petition county boards for a recount. Voters or candidates can petition courts for a recount.

Now Trump won Penn. by over 1.2% or 70,000 votes so margin is to high to trigger recount and if the State lawyers put the tech guy that posted the above quote on the stand and he says there is no evidence of a hack, will the judge rule to go through the expense of a recount if it is not going to change the election results? Hillary needs all three challenged states to flip to have a chance, if one of the three states stay for Trump, Hillary is still the loser she was on election night.

Wisconsin: Any candidate can request a recount within three days of completion of the initial tally. The recount is free to the requesting candidate if the margin of victory is less than 0.5 percent, otherwise it must be paid for in advance.

Trump won Wis.(Scott Walker's State) by 27250 votes or 1% so again the margin was to high to trigger with out Stein paying for it BUT the initial tally was in over a week ago, Nov 11 according to state website, so what happen to the three day rule that Politico was claiming was the rule in that state as Wisconsin has agreed to the recount as soon as Stein pays for it. Which we all know she will have the money if the Dems think Hillary has a prayer of a chance of over coming the huge overwhelming odds and beating Trump.

Again this is a Stein/Hillary/Dem fishing expedition as the tech said probably not a hack just the Liberal bias media polls thinking the anointed one would be crowned President. And Soro's trying to keep the hate and violence going.

"Oh, that's horrifying!" , said Hillary. I'd say Jill Stein is getting some debt paid by doing some of Hillary's dirty work. Just another useful idiot trying to hold on to her fifteen minutes of perceived relevance.

To win Clinton needs all three, to (not lose) she needs two, Michigan and Pa.
A number below the 270 means it goes to the legislature, if I am correct.

my belief is Stein is using this to rake in money from the leftist liberals. Fools and their money are easily parted.

When she was raking it in, there was no guarantee of a recount anywhere.
On Fox News they were talking about "what a piece of work" Jill Stein is. She's using this for name recognition AND to enhance
her war chest for 2020.

I think it is 5 million she has raised now. I agree Tam, fools and their money are soon parted. Wanna bet where some of this
money came from? I wish they would investigate that.......and the people who are counting the ballots in the recount.

They just said she has 7 million and Hillary's campaign is joining her in the recount request SURPRISE SURPRISE the Dems are not accepting the results HOW HORRIFIYING THE DEMOCRACY IS DEAD THANKS TO POOR LOSER HILLARY AND HER NEW BFF STEIN.

I hope Trump winds up with MORE than was counted the first time.
I read where she would have to have more votes in all three swing states and that is highly unlikely.
Unless, of course, they make that happen.......

They need to keep an eye on the total count as if it is way higher than the original count then some funny business is be going on. I would not put it pass them to add a few to Hillary's count but With all three states being won by Trump by over 10 thousand votes and Penn by 70 thousand they better not try add to many votes or it will surely look as if they are trying to pull something.

Michigan has finished they recount and Trump won by over 10,000. SO I don't understand Stein going after Michigan as they use paper ballots and her problem is with Russia hacking polling machines which according to reports are not hooked to the internet so how Russia hacked them is the next big question.

Clinton, Trump Latest 2016 Election Results: President-Elect Wins Michigan By 10,704 Votes
BY MARIA VULTAGGIO @MARIAMZZARELLA ON 11/25/16 AT 8:57 AM
It’s been more than two weeks since the 2016 presidential election, but the final results from Michigan are in: Donald Trump won by 10,704 votes. It’s the first time a Republican candidate won the state since George H. W. Bush in 1988.

While former Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton won the popular vote with more than 2 million submissions, the race in Michigan was tight. By winning the state’s 16 Electoral College votes, Trump’s total increased to 306. Clinton’s is 232. A candidate needs 270 electoral votes to win.

The results were posted by Ruth Johnson, Michigan’s Secretary of State, Wednesday after all the votes were reviewed and certified by Michigan’s 83 county clerks Tuesday.

“Many people have asked about Michigan’s process for counting ballots and certifying election results. Please be aware that all 1,521 Michigan cities and townships completed ballot counting and reported unofficial results by the morning of Wednesday, Nov. 9,” a statement on Johnson’s website reads. “The county canvassing boards, as they do after every election, then began their work to review and certify the results from each precinct.”

This only a ploy to de-legitimize Trump in any way possible while the Dems lay there licking the wounds. It's just a small view of the way they are going to act during his entire presidency. They are going to fight him every way they can, even down to scrutinizing every tweet and questioning every cabinet appointment. Get ready for at least 4 years of fireworks & division from the left.

Get ready for at least 4 years of fireworks & division from the left.

We have had at least 8 years of division from them, and fireworks are fun, so much so the liberals work hard to ban the real ones..

my take is this recount is a ploy.. a fundraising technique

But of the three states in which Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein is pursuing recounts, Pennsylvania may have the highest hurdles to a recount. For one, it’s the only state in which candidates can’t file direct requests -- they can only file a legal appeal that would be decided by the court.

So instead, Stein and the Green Party plan to join a voter-initiated recount in Pennsylvania. Stein has come up with the $500,000 she needs for this effort, but as it turns out, that was the easy part.

That’s not all -- the deadline varies from district to district, Stein notes in her video. It could be Monday or it could be Tuesday, Stein says, and in some districts, “the deadline has already passed.” As she talks through all the steps, it’s evident that she knows that she’s asking for a lot, and the odds are long for a statewide recount -- over 27,000 individual voters in these precincts in every corner of Pennsylvania would have to follow these instructions perfectly, notwithstanding the districts where the deadline has already come and gone

There would have been an automatic recount triggered in Pennsylvania if the margin of victory had been 0.5 percent or less. In fact, though, in the three states in which Stein is pursuing recounts, Donald Trump had the largest margin of victory in Pennsylvania -- 70,638 votes

Jill Stein has already stated this will not change the results and is just a ploy.

her only real win, dog catcher.

Lexington, Massachusetts has a town meeting-style government. Stein was elected to the Town Meeting Seat, Precinct 2

she has ran for Governor, lost, sectary of commonwealth, lost,Massachusetts House of Representatives candidate, lost.

My bet, another run as a democrat awaits.. Bernie style democrat.

This is what scares me. Don't kid yourself, they have a plan....it was a mistake for Wisconsin to allow a recount, where there
was no evidence of hacking. Someone(S) there were paid off too.

Haas, Kennedy, and Jonathan Becker , the administrator of the GAB’s ethics division, led the agency at the time of the secret investigation into Wisconsin conservative groups and the campaign of Republican Gov. Scott Walker.

It was the “nonpartisan” GAB’s integral involvement in the abusive investigation, launched in 2012 by Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm , that in large part led to the accountability board’s end. Court documents filed in a lawsuit against the GAB, revealed the partisan motives of the key players.

Last year, the Republican-led Legislature passed a bill dismantling the GAB, creating in its place two separate elections and ethics commissions.

The John Doe political probe, which featured pre-dawn, armed raids on the homes of conservatives, was ruled unconstitutional by the state Supreme Court last year. Before that, the John Doe judge effectively shut the investigation down, ruling that prosecutors had not shown probable cause that alleged campaign finance crimes, particularly illegal coordination, had occurred.

Haas was not as involved in the secret investigations as Kennedy, Becker, and former staff attorney Shane Falk, but Haas has a very partisan past.

As Wisconsin Watchdog reported in “Wisconsin’s Secret War,” long before he began working for the GAB in 2008, Haas was an aide for then-Assembly Speaker Thomas A. Loftus , D-Sun Prairie, in 1989. And Haas was at the center of campaign finance controversy that pre-dated the so-called “Caucus Scandal” more than a decade later and the more recent unconstitutional John Doe probe.

Unlike subsequent times, Haas escaped any real legal scrutiny.

easy to remember name..

Mike Haas Selected as Elections Commission Administrator
Date:
May 13, 2016

MADISON, WI – The current Members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission announced they have unanimously selected Michael Haas of Marshall, Wisconsin to serve as the Administrator of the new Wisconsin Elections Commission. Haas will begin work on Thursday, June 30, 2016 when the Elections Commission begins operations. Haas currently serves as the Elections Division Administrator for the Government Accountability Board.

The four Commissioners are unanimous in their belief that they can best prepare for the 2016 election cycle with Mike Haas at the helm of the new Commission. He currently supervises the program staff who will transfer to the Commission from the Government Accountability Board. Mike also has a strong working relationship with the legal and administrative staff who will transfer to the Commission. The Commissioners voted to hire Haas at a meeting Thursday.

“We are confident that Mike brings the requisite skill set to provide the direction and supervision required to ensure success for the Elections Commission,” said Commissioner Mark Thomsen.

Wisconsin Elections Commission Receives Two Presidential Election Recount Petitions
Date:
November 25, 2016

MADISON, WI – The Wisconsin Elections Commission today received two recount petitions from the Jill Stein for President Campaign and from Rocky Roque De La Fuente, Administrator Michael Haas announced.

“The Commission is preparing to move forward with a statewide recount of votes for President of the United States, as requested by these candidates,” Haas said.

“We have assembled an internal team to direct the recount, we have been in close consultation with our county clerk partners, and have arranged for legal representation by the Wisconsin Department of Justice,” Haas said.

so basically one of the key players in the illegal abusive investigation in to walker which led to the Wisconsin GAB being disbanded is now in charge of the election results and recount.

oh what a tangled web we weave, when the intent is to deceive?

Jill Stein took the votes Hillary needed to win. Had she stayed out of the race, Wisconsin would have gone to Hillary. So now
she is going to be instrumental in the recount. Crazy stuff.

But what now? How can Haas be watched so that the corruption planned, doesn't happen? This is going from improbable for
Hillary to turn the votes in her favor, to a definite possibility. Sickening. I hope Trump is on top of this.

Wow, Steve, you really put something together there. WOW!
