You remember the deal...Obama and corrupt pal Rezko bought a piece of land.. then When Rezko got caught, he sold part of it to Obama for about a hundred grand.....

Well now Obama can buy the rest of his yard...for 1.5 million...

hmmmm,... Obama paid full price...1.5 million divided by 5 equals $300,000 (Obama bought 1/6th so there should be 5/6ths left)

Not $100,000

Didn't Obama pay $300,000 less in the original deal?

How come when real estate was at a peak...Obama was able to get such great deals..

Obama has since called that deal "boneheaded'' ....no when you take a bath in real estate it's boneheaded...when you get a sweet deal from your corrupt friend it's well,...nice..

Now that Real Estate has taken a dive...the broken up side yard parcel is worth 1.5 million???

By the way how did Obama afford the mortgage... at 6% for 20 years..they would have to have an income of over $502,788 and no other debt..(maybe they went with a 30 year loan??)
