If you have a girlfriend that cost less than $240.00 per month you had better watch it. Something is way out of wack.

As far as papers are concerned my Atty had a friend of mine have his current girlfriend sign a contract saying she would pay rent to live there and the payment could come in the form of cash or be worked out in household duties. According to the Atty this is the only way to avoid " Palamony " as he had broken up with a girl that lived with him and it cost him about $100,000.00 for the break-up as she claimed a "marital status"existed.

In other works cover your butt !!!!!!

I don't know how some people can do it, their house is so clean and mine looks like Katrina came thru. How do you guys do it?? Any secrets you can share? Today I did chores super early and I'm staying home from the neighbors just to get a handle on it what I would give for a maid. :roll:

Have you ever heard about Flylady? She's on the internet with quick ways to tidy and keep organized.
Her best idea: you can't organize clutter. It has to go.
and if your kitchen sink is clean, the whole house looks better.
Or at least the kitchen looks better and you're on your way to getting organized.
Check out Flylady.com I think will get you there. she writes with humor and you'll identify. But I agree- working full time and running a household plus kids is difficult and doesn't lend itself to a neat house. There's more to life than a neat house. Don't try to be SuperWoman.
