Browed up a chuck roast earlier today, mixed some beef broth, red wine, Worchester sauce ,sugar and some garlic and poured over it, then thin sliced a big sweet onion and dumped on top and slow cooked it in the oven at a little over 200 degrees. Then tonight put in some dried mushrooms to soak up most the juice that was left, boiled up and garlic mashed some red skinned potatoes, and fried a couple pieces of bacon then fried up some fresh green beans with the bacon……and a big cold glass of milk , life is good.
