I just received my Bureau of Rec newsletter...With the bare ground and little snow we have it was pleasing to read that the reservoirs and mountain snowpack are pretty good...
The Milk River drainage has lower snow accumulations, but good reservoir storage with Lake Sherburne at 221% of normal- Fresno at 126%- and Nelson at 96%....
The rest of the rivers sound great for snowpack with the Missouri River drainage having snowpack of 121% of normal...They report the Smith, Judith, and Musselshell snowpack at 157% of average...
Be nice to see some of the big Missouri reservoirs get water in them this year.....
