was listening to the church service from Plentywood while doing chores this morning. I heard that bll had passed away. He didn't post a lot but had more recently.Guess his heart just gave out.

His in-laws are related to my in-laws. Going to be a tough week for the family cause they have the funeral for his Mother in law on Monday and his on Wednesday.

His family at Plentywood were the friends of Northern Ranch that he always talked about. :D :?

That is sad news. I think his handle was bllcattle and here are his most recent posts: http://ranchers.net/forum/search.php?search_author=bllcattle

Thought and prayers go out for his family.

Sorry to hear this, BMR, especially in light of him passing so close to another of their loved ones. Tough to take. May God comfort the family.

Thanks, Soap, for letting us know his 'handle' on the forum.

OH.

Gosh.

I used to call on him, years ago, for his Bull Sale advertising when I worked for different Ag publications. He was always jovial and in a good mood. I looked forward every year to talking to him. I had no idea that was bllcattle...

The obituary was a fine tribute, thanks for posting it.

That is sad. Makes me thankful we still have Shortgrass after coming so close to losing him too. Condolences to bllcattle's family and friends.
