Even down here in the tropics we had -15 this morning.

We had a day where it got down to -20 around Thanksgiving and someone asked me if it felt like I was back in North Dakota.

Nah.

If it was like this for three weeks in a row, then it'd feel like North Dakota.

It's -12 F here with windchill of -39. Supposed to "warm" up today to a balmy -8 F with windchill of -25 to -30. Think I might put the carhartt away with "warm" temps like that...lol.

Good thing is -- it isn't supposed to last past Sunday...warm front coming in. I sure do miss those Chinook winds from where I was born and raised though. What a difference them winds made after a real cold spell.

Stay warm and safe everyone.

-12 here this morning. Up to a balmy -3 now! :D Pickup started OK. Had to fight with the Briggs a bit to get it started to pump water. Plugged in the tractor last night so it should start. Heading out here soon to feed some hay, first time since before Christmas.
