Secondary education is a stipulation.....lol

Yeap he's not afraid of hard work. He's a really good kid. Be proud to have him as an addition to our family.

They've already been lookin at houses....think they have one found that someone started and can't finish. If all goes as planned they'll move it onto our land and finish it out durin the next year or so. There's no set date right now.

Her hands haven't picked much okra at all. LOL they are too busy messin with horses most of the time.

Haha oh no...just cuz she's gotta ring on her finger don't mean mama don't git to go!!!!! He does go with us to all of them tho. Very supportive of her horse habit. Which is a good thing. So many girls we know are either married to non horse people...or dating non horse people and they constantly complain that "he just doesn't understand" or "he wants me to sell em all" that sorta thing.

And thanks for the congrats. These two kids both work hard for what they want. Right now their main focus is a house. Which we've found one...and they are now gettin quotes on what it'll take to move it to our place. They are excited.

thats good that hes supportive of the habit. ive lost many girls cuz of ropings. they didnt like the fact that i was gone all weekend. with my g/f now both of us are on the road away from each other. shes got her own rig, ive got mine.

Its just good to see people my age who actually want to work and are willing to. ive come to the conclusion that my generation will be the demise of this country through laziness. Congrats again. Obviously, you and mr. lilly have done a great job raising yalls kids. i thank ya'll for that.

Forget that take your time stuff. Tell them to have their family while their still young enough to keep up with the kids. Then they will leave home while you are still young enough to do stuff.

Why do you think we had our own kids when we were so young.....?????? Haha I had it figured then that by the time they were old enough to be on their own...we'd still be able to go play and have fun too. hehe

Fh...they are lookin at a shell home. It's not one that's manufactured. It was built by a fella and his wife....both of which worked for the prison system....then about a year after they started they decided to go the Over the road truck driver route. He was a building contractor before the prison deal. They are maybe in their early 50s now....and just didn't have time to finish it. They had a mobile home moved onto the acreage a good while back...and just left the house alone. It was built in 1998.....to shell stage. Has all the electrical done. Comes with all the insulation, cushion stuff that goes under wood floors, tub and shower surround, potty, pedestal sink...and french doors that have double pane glass with the mini blind built in. All of the stuff is new...it's just been kept in a storage container all this time. It's 30x40 with a 8x40 porch on one side. Price tag of $7000 to be moved. They are in the process of gettin quotes on moving it...so far the best price is $8000 to $10,000 to move.
Where they want to put it, is where Mr Lilly's granny's house sat. So there's already electricity, water, and septic on site.

That sounds like a nifty house, JL. I hope they can get it moved
reasonably. Nice size for just starting out, too. And I bet
they know someone who can help them fix it right up...

I can't use that excuse....I was younger than she is now when I got married. And we had alot of nay sayers in the bunch...said it would never last. (not my parents...we had their blessing) But in a few more days we'll be married 26 years.
