What a ripoff.

Guy comes on and says FREE EARTAGS.

I go through all the "blah-blah" (submit email address, story, and even pictures) and low and behold not a peep out of the company. Thought we were going to get an email confirmation, ect.....

Until proven otherwise, I will place this company and poster on the "naughty list".

I got mine last year and they have worked perfectly. I'd try having some patience. When you get your free tags you'll be owing a big apology to those folks. :?

I'll apologize if appropriate, H'Man.

You may want to note the "until proven otherwise" portion of the original post. Helps if you read the WHOLE post.

Not quite sure how it is a rip-off. You did not give them money, you where hoping to get something for free and it is happening as fast as you thought.
You may have wasted your time but you did not get ripped-off.
You do not want to sound like all those people who voted for all the free stuff in 2008 and are still waiting for it.

I'm anxious to see what kind of HOPIUM the charlatan (big word used especially for the "newspaper types" among us) will be selling tonight.

My time is very valuable. Typically $150 per hour.

$150 an hour?
If that's the case then why are you wasting your valuable time on here?
Making that much an hour, I think I'd just BUY my own damn tags.

Not every hour is a billable hour, for anyone. Also, I may be dual tasking. Some folks can do more than walk and chew gum at the same time.

Try dual tasking while you WAIT then. Perhaps have the butler bring you a mint julep to help pass those stressful hours of anticipation.

at $150/hr, that means you would only have to work about 10 minutes to pay for a bag of eartags. maybe you should go that route instead of wasting your time on here. just a suggestion..

With the same promotion last year- they sent me free tags- with the ranch name on them....Tags worked great- and I even got some very nice comments from folks on the few we used on just the registered calves....

So 2 weeks ago I called Z tags up- gave them the order number off the promotion receipt I got- and asked if I could order 150 more marked the same for upcoming calving season...They informed me they had the marking plate on file- but could not sell direct- gave me the name of an instate retailer- which I called and placed an order with and a week later I received the tags- stamped and marked just like I wanted them...

I couldn't be happier with the outfit and how I've been treated....

Hey Justin maybe one of us peons will have to go to Texas and install them for him. What would a $150 dollar/hour guy do working cattle.
