I bought a Sandland design made by bz welding out of Watertown sd. Not a bad outfit I made a slight modification to the body cradle other then that works great. I wouldn't say it's any faster then a manual style but it is sure a lot easier on the body.
And yes like any other place the cow calf guys are getting fewer and fewer and bigger at the same time. As far as the help situation goes there is none either they are working on there parents place or tuck tail and run when they hear what you want them to do. Kinda sad really. That used to be a young kids spending money now I guess they don't need it, oh well.
