I received an email from Commonwealth Bank, where we do no business,
don't even know where it is located or that such a place even existed.
And the last line--"We hope to serve you more better"... .
that isn't even proper English.

What do you think I think about this?  :)

Somehow this little story comes to mind, and it more better illustrates what you are probably up against
if you follow up on the request in your e-mail.

In a short while Little Red Riding Hood knocked
at the door, and walked in, saying, "Good
morning, Grandmother, I have brought you eggs,
butter and cake, and here is a bunch of flowers I
gathered in the wood." As she came nearer the
bed she said, "What big ears you have,
Grandmother."

"All the more better to hear you with, my dear."

"What big eyes you have, Grandmother."

"All the more better to see you with, my dear."

"But, Grandmother, what a big nose you have."

"All the more better to smell with, my dear."

"But, Grandmother, what a big mouth you have."

"All the more better to eat you up with, my dear," he
said as he sprang at Little Red Riding Hood.
Just at that moment Little Red Riding Hood's father was passing the cottage and heard her
scream. He rushed in with his axe, and chased away the wolf.

Everybody was happy that Little Red Riding Hood had escaped the wolf. Then Little Red Riding Hood's father
carried her home and they lived more better and happily ever after.

Sorry, that was pretty Grimm of me to cobble up that good ol' fairy tale.

Oh, I had NO INTENTION of complying*. I just thought it was unusual
that we would get something from a bank we never heard of. Think
of the little ole ladies (and guys) that might think it was legit.
Makes me sad. Parasites are out there trying to get easy money
instead of working. Too bad.

Odd how it got into my email box instead of the spam filter. It did
have someones name on it.

*Too much Scotch-Irish in me....... :D
