Take time, please, to tell us about the tough times Bush has lead us through. Times were pretty good when he was sworn into office. It's been downhill ever since. Most of the "tough times" can be laid right at his doorstep and we're nowhere through them. The deficit, for example, will take years to repay and he built, is still building it. The Iraqi war is another. He started it; but he's unwilling to finish it.
You say President Bush is not willing to finish the war in Iraq, how do you suggest he finish it?

How about 9/11 you idiot?
Was that not a tough time?

But we're not through 9/11. Republican Senator Mike DeWine (OH) is using images of the burning twin towers in his ad for re-election. And honest, upright Republican that he is, he altered the image to make it more dramatic! So find some other "tough time" that Bush has lead us through.
As well he should! The world we live in today is a dangerous one as we learned on 9/11. You and the rest of your liberal buddies can hide from the truth but that won't make it go away. The reason I agree with Senator DeWine's approach is because he is bringing reality back into to lives of his constituents(sp?). 95% of what you see on the news today is garbage from the liberally biased media. (PROPOGANDA if you will) If you hear something enough you will start to believe it and that is part of the reason for President Bushs poll numbers. I guarantee you if the videos of the planes hitting the Twin Towers was played everyday right as families were sitting down for supper things might be different, but that would only work for so long because unlike you, people can't live everyday of their life filled with anger.

He's the Commander in Chief. It's his job to figure it out or find a competent Sec of Defense who can figure it out. Instead, he has said it will be up to the next President to decide whether or not to bring our troops home. He's said it's up to the military to decide whether or not to draw down troop levels. He's told the Iraqi president that it's up to him to unite his country. But this fiasco is on him and him alone.
Nice SPIN!
But you avoided my question. What would you do to finish the war? If you truely feel as though its President Bushs job and you have no right to answer it then why do you feel you have the right to criticize it? I know you have that right as an American but you avoided this question in another thread so I'll ask it here. Have you ever been in combat? If not then you have nothing to base your opinions on except for emotion.
The reason he said it would be up to the next President is because it's goning to take a while, he wasn't avoiding the question as you llike to do.
Bush would finish the war except the liberals won't let him!
