Just show up at the border with the bird. Tell the agents you and the bird have just arrived from a 30 day stay in Liberia, that you've been feeling like you might have fever, then puke at the agent's feet.

You'll be let right in without a question.

I well remember having to stop at the California Ag Inspection Station on I-15 at Yermo, CA. Every Tuesday night/early Wednesday morning....letting them in the truck to make sure I.didn't have any ferrets on the truck and all my paperwork was up to snuff. It never bothered me, as I had nothing to hide and they were just doing their job.

I will never attempt to haul any kind of livestock, especially horses, into Colorado. The nitwits with badges at those ports of entry are human sphincters. At least they were years ago...maybe its gotten better. But I doubt it.

you tried to cross the border and brought a duck to vouch for ya' and I teased you about it and you think you 'hit a nerve'----ya, you got me, but good---owwww! yikes!! etc!!!!!!


ps--i'll be gathering in turner valley and porcupine hills off n on for next couple weeks so make some sandwitches and be prepared to hide in the outhouse--agin.
