This whole budget thing by Buckwheat is very simple. He won't compromise with Congress to pass a budget so he just lets the budget process go by the wayside so he can have a free pass to spend all he wants.

Compromise is a two-way street............................

the budget is a win win for Obama.. the democratic controlled congress/senate passed one last budget bloated with pork.. stuffed to the brim...

and now just rely on continuing resolutions.. so they can spend at levels unheard of without having to take the blame for voting for the bloated pork-filled budgets..

who ever said you can't have your cake and eat it as well never met a liberal spending someone else's money...
