I figured i'd put a picture of our brand up even though I'm pretty sure ya'll might of figured it out on your own. The old brand above our fresh one is my Dad's V4 bar, which is an offshoot of Grandpa's V4. I have Dad's brand registered as well as our Leanin' H. Great idea Shortgrass! I'm excited to see what everybody's iron's look like! :D

turkey track bar...it's one of the oldest registered brands in Colorado. We are trying to figure out if we can register it in South Dakota.

Edited to add: I believe it is also registered for all locations, however, we use it on the LR and LH. This brand has been in my Dad's family since the 1880's.

I will have to see if I can find a picture of a beastie branded with it.

Cheers...

TTB

Mine looks like an A bar but it's read, A reversed 7 connected.
I own it on both shoulders. My grandfather got it in the late 30's. Another family member owns it on the right hip.

We use two different brands on this ranch. My Dad and now my kids use a Circle Y We have the left side registered and the Left Jaw on horses I use the KC on the left hip. It was a brand that came with a ranch my Dad acquired.

That is kind of a scary thought. Glad your cattle run clear up in British Columbia.

You run some mighty good looking cattle. Guess with a double spearhead brand they have every right to be twice as good as my single spearhead brand cattle. :)

Peach and I brand the Spearhead, which is in the upper left corner.

Sunflower has the T tumble down T, upper right.

Bob M has the Rafter M, in the middle.

Sparky's brand is the Rafter Y, lower left.

The Kosmo Kid's brand is the Circle M, lower right.

My sister's brand is the J Lazy F, in the lower middle.

All of our brands are registered on the left rib and left hip in Nebraska.
