Where are you liberals?

You've had plenty of time to speak out. There's never been a better example of your hypocrisy than your silence on the Libya situation.

A double standard? One set of rules for President Bush and a different set of rules for your guy?

Where is your talk of impeachment?

Where is your talk of war crimes?

Where is your outrage now?

Ever seen an old dog running with his tail tucked way up between his legs?

Well, that ole dog ain't running because he's sorry for what he's done.

He's ashamed that he got caught and exposed himself for what he is.

Obama has been the gift that keeps on giving.

Remeber these complaints:

Too many vacations
Too much snooping on Americans
Gitmo
Lying
Illegal Wars for Oil
Torture & death of innocents....went all the way to the top!

That's just to name a few. Heck, Obama even issued a hit on an American citizen without giving the guy a single day in court. The response from the average principled liberal?

That's easy to get around, I guess. You just call what is going on in Libya an imminent threat to National Security and send congress a letter. But that still does not meet the requirements stated in the War Powers Resolution

(c) Presidential executive power as Commander-in-Chief; limitation

The constitutional powers of the President as Commander-in-Chief to introduce United States Armed Forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, are exercised only pursuant to

(1) a declaration of war,
(2) specific statutory authorization, or
(3) a national emergency created by attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions, or its armed forces.

Mr. Obama's notification letter does not satisfy the constitutional requirement that Congress approve military action, says Lou Fisher, former researcher with the Congressional Research Service and an expert on war powers. Mr. Fisher also raised objections to Mr. Obama citing United Nations authorization in his letter.

"It's impossible for Congress to take its war powers and give it to the U.N.," Mr. Fisher said. "Other than defensive actions—and there's no defensive actions here—this has to be done by Congress."
