Stumbled upon this quick quiz ...
Try it and see where you stand in your political views.

I have always said I am Republican through and through. This little quiz puts me in the right wing of the Libertarian. Anyone else care to try and post your map point?

I don't know how to post the chart, but it says I'm a Libertarian, too. I guess it fits somewhat, but I don't see how you can put someone in a category with so few questions. Most people, like me, are all over the map. Interesting, though.

The RED DOT on the Chart shows where you fit on the political map.

Your PERSONAL issues Score is 90%.
Your ECONOMIC issues Score is 90%.

According to your answers, the political group that agrees with you most is...

LIBERTARIANS support maximum liberty in both personal and

economic matters. They advocate a much smaller government; one

that is limited to protecting individuals from coercion and violence.

Libertarians tend to embrace individual responsibility, oppose

government bureaucracy and taxes, promote private charity, tolerate

diverse lifestyles, support the free market, and defend civil liberties.

Mine comes out Centrist- leaning Libertarian.... Kind of what the college surveys have called Montana in the last few elections- the Purple State- as anymore most go with the issues- and not the cult.....

Just like the reason the voters of our county voted over 2-1 to do away with partisan elections for local and county offices....
The cults are dying on the vine...

And as the younger generations come to be- they'll be shocked at some of the Bullcrap we spent years arguing over- or parties centered around...Especially the tolerance issues on race, sex, sexual preference, science...

It rates me as Conservative--and I'm proud of it!!!
Tried again to get the chart to move here, but still no luck.

Your PERSONAL issues Score is 50%.
Your ECONOMIC issues Score is 90%.

According to your answers, the political group that agrees with you most is...

CONSERVATIVES tend to favor economic freedom, but frequently

support laws to restrict personal behavior that violates "traditional
values." They oppose excessive government control of business,

while endorsing government action to defend morality and the

traditional family structure. Conservatives usually support a strong

military, oppose bureaucracy and high taxes, favor a free-market

economy, and endorse strong law enforcement.

I came up pretty much in the middle of centrist, just like I thought I would.
I never did like the idea of blindly following the party line, right or wrong.

MsSage, I took a similar test via Facebook and the results came back Libertarian for me as well.

I've been a life long GOP'er, a part of me really hopes this great country of ours will come to their senses in 2010 and keep Obama in check, but yet these "tests" show how much work the GOP has in front of itself to reclaim this country.

Tolerance is out of the question. There is too much "slanted" tolerance now.

When the laws give sexual preferences and races more rights than others, you have to draw the line somewhere.

All some are arguing that the laws be equal for everyone.
