Now it's time for justice.

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-ca), The Ranking Member Of The House Intelligence Committee, Told Fox News Channel Host Sean Hannity Tuesday Evening That “many” People Who Lied To Investigators Will Be Criminally Referred To The Justice Department After Attorney General Nominee William Barr Is Confirmed

POTUS: "This can never be allowed to happen again (in our Country or to another President)."

How do you deter & prevent this from happening again?

Simply by terminating employment of those responsible?

Simply by conducting a few 'non-threatening' investigations?

Or by:

Prosecuting those responsible to the fullest extent of the law?

Setting up new checks & balances and oversight designed to increase transparency?

Provide OIG office(s) w/ funding inc (size) ++ authority?

Provide select committees w/ access and in-house viewing of non NAT SEC CLAS material?

Provide a check on Directors/Dep Directors/Asst Directors of all such ABC agencies?

Establish 'financial checks/reviews' of those in senior (critical) positions (audits) + direct family (close proximity)?

Transparency and Prosecution is the only way forward to save our Republic and safeguard such criminal and treasonous acts from occurring again.

While some want to quietly remove those responsible and go about our business (save face on the World Stage), those in control, understand, this band-aid will simply not work.

Nobody should be above the law (no matter how massive the spider-web is (entangled)).

This will never happen again.

TRUTH WORKS.

FACTS MATTER.

I think Nunes is a HERO.

On the subject of William Barr. A friend said the following. Would you comment on it, as now
I don't know what to think. I had high hopes...

"Trump isn't doing a very good job of draining the swamp.
Remember Ruby Ridge? This guy was defending the FBI sniper who shot Weaver's wife.
And Trump nominating Kavanaugh didn't do any swamp draining either, when you consider
his role in writing the Patriot Act. With nominations like these, we can bank on the
swamp staying intact."

"Barr hasn't had a good track record in the past for supporting the Constitution and the rights of the people
He condoned the actions of the FBI agent that murdered Randy Weaver's wife back in 1992 while he held
the office of Attorney General the first time. He is for a police state and indefinite detention of Americans
without due process. Several Democrats joined nearly all the Republicans in confirming Barr, 68, a longtime
lawyer who served as attorney general from 1991 to 1993 under the late H.W. Bush. He was confirmed
54-45."

I agree about Nunes....if you look back to when he first found out about the coup before he could talk about any of this, his body language gave away his degree of concern for our nation. You could feel the stress just watching him.

The Patriot act....lots going on at that time. Remember that Congress had declared use of military force act against terrorists. Which gave Bush the power to wage war and suspended normal operation placing us in a time of war since that point forward.

Out of that, came the Patriot Act. I have a problem with the Patriot act as well. But, I dont know that it's fair to take such a large act and brand Kavanaugh with everything in it without looking at what parts he agrees and disagrees with. The process of introducing and passing an Act is so dynamic, that often the legislation passed does not resemble the original bill introduced. There are numerous people involved with influences from many directions for many reasons.

I believe looking through the court opinions he has written in his own words is a better source from which to judge him. From what I did see of his opinions during his vetting, he did appear to be a judge that was a Constitutionalist.

As far as data and national security, I think Bill Biney (whistleblower) is a man of intelligence and a patriot. There are ways of metadata use where people can have privacy, but law enforcement can work to protect our country and communities.

Jimmy Dorin (liberal radio host- but hates Hillary) is known to use a lot of language, but I dont remember it being bad at all during this interview... just a warning.

I think in this interview Biney goes into why the detailed data collection used in the Obama years is less effective and actually more costly. But they weren't interested in catching criminals, they wanted to dig through everyone's personal data looking for a crime when needed....like the coup attempted on Trump. It's worth listening to. It seems that privacy corresponds with national security. I may have posted it before.

Pay attention to what he says around the 15:17 mark to mid 16 minute.... the corruption was systemic... many traitors...and it includes Chief Justice Roberts. I think he's next.

Barr, as important as he is, I know less about his background than I should.

I wouldn't begin to defend the militarization of Ruby Ridge. It's infamous. But having frankly discussed use of force with agents (I know a few), I can quickly assume that there is not an AG that has served that has not stood by at least one federal agent in a similar situation. And I'm not over emphasizing. They are highly protected by the system. Federal agents lack very very little of being untouchable. I'm sure the road to getting there was long and full of precedents.

However, I hope we are at a point were unequal treatment under the law will corrected and Barr will be a part of that process.
