It's yet another example of projection. Because Democrats are Borg-like in their obedience to what they are told to believe, they assume that Republicans are as well. Appointed by Bush = part of the Republican Borg collective. Likewise, since Democrats have applied dozens of litmus tests to every political appointment that they have ever made, they assume that Republicans also do. You would think that the mountain of evidence refuting these assumptions would sway their thinking, but the Borg do not process independent inputs; they do, and think, as they are told. Unless Paul Krugman says that the IRS' actions under Obama's (PBUH) management reflects poorly on Obama (PBUH), the hive will not say it. Until the NYT admits to an example of a power that is denied to the federal government by the 10th Amendment, the hive will never admit that such an example exists. There does appear to be an exception, albeit a small one, in the AP scandal; but the exception does not refute the rule, it merely confirms that when a Democrat's own ox is gored all of the "principles" with which they have been programmed are temporarily overridden.
