Why R-Calf Threatens the Packer led NCBA

Conman one minute: "The source of the problem is not in the lack of knowledge the packers had of other packers as you put it, but on the raw data they did not give in a timely and accurate manner that made the calculations incorrect."

Followed by a statement by Conman claiming he doesn't know anything about the case.

Do you enjoy proving yourself to be a complete idiot? If you don't know anything about the case, how can you have an opinion on it?

How could you make a bigger fool out of yourself?

That is your version and who actually would believe anything you say? You remain full of accusations, unsupported theories and no facts.

The economic faux pas on the Robinson Patman Act example was indicative of the caliber of economic reasoning the appellate court possesses and made their "Daubert" issues a universal joke. You may be able to fool those who less learned with your "accusations, unsupported theories and no facts" when your substance is simply wrong, Agman, but that will only get you a few cowboys who don't want to know anyway and a few judges who have sold out their country's laws.

Who would believe anything you have to say.

Who do you think you are kidding? Who would believe anything you have to say Econ? "You may be able to fool those who less learned with your "accusations, unsupported theories and no facts" when your substance is simply wrong, Agman".

You are the one, Econ, who tries to fool people with useless and endless verbiage without ever providing supporting facts. When you make a judgment about those whom you describe as "less learned" you must take a good look in the mirror. As I have stated previously, your lack of any real knowledge leads you to believe there is a conspiracy at every turn of events. Yet when pressed for facts you fall flat on your face along with your phony and endless stream of accusations.

Your tell is showing.

Only by arguing with a delusional person like you. It is still kind of fun though.

Any bets on the Aberdeen case Conman?

Think Herman and Mike can pull an illusional rabbit out of this hat and make a jury believe that Tyson, Cargill, Swift, and National all knew that USDA had reported boxed beef prices inaccurately???

How ironic! These are the same blamers that insisted on "MANDATORY" socialistic price reporting then sue the packers because they got the socialistic law they wished for.

How typical!

You packer blamers will lose another one. Write it down Conman!

SH, you have been told that NCBA was the big push on the watered down M" price reporting. Why do you keep putting R-calf on it? The law R-calf wanted was watered down by the NCBA group so it was worthless. How can we believe you when you are wrong so often.

Oh sure, blame NCBA for your dependency on government mandates. That's what you blamers do best. Just like prohibiting "M"ID from "M"COOL than blaming USDA for their inability to enforce your flawed law which exempted 75% of the imports. Same level of intellect!

It's easier saying I am wrong than proving it isn't it?

I totally opposed any form of GOVERNMENT MANDATED PRICE REPORTING. I don't care whether it comes from R-CALF or the NCBA. As far as I'm concerned, it's none of your damn business what I get for my fat cattle and reporting a price without reporting the value that price was based on is nothing more than "socialized marketing" embraced and endorsed by the Livestock Marketing Police.

You government mandate lovers are leading this industry down the primrose path. It's too bad you won't realize it until the train wreck.

Nobody ever blamed their way to prosperity.

SH, I'm with you on the govt. mandates. They don't work. A rope and a tall oak tree works better. (just kidding)
