All day today was the hearing of Gorsuch and the Dems are out in full spite mode over the fact Merrick Garland was not the one in front of them. Senator Graham even called them out on it and quoted Joe Biden in 1992 when he told that same committee that Bush should not nominate a SCOTUS Justice in an election year and history says it should not be done and if Bush did the Senate Democrats should not schedule a hearing for the nominee. He also quoted Chuckles Schumer about not nominating so the Dems had their own party's rules to blame if they are unset about Merrick Garland. The Dems are vowing not to vote for Grosuch as they are RESISTING EVERYTHING TRUMP. Here is the question will enough Dems cross over and vote to confirm or will the Senate have to go nuclear to get him confirmed? If they have to go nuclear will the Dems survive the 2018 election in the ten states that Trump won?
