The White House has reported they have plans to move forward on Obamacare no matter what the SCOTUS decides. Will Obama get out his trusty stack of ink pens and sigh another Executive Order to force the implementation of his signature bill, not only Sidestepping Congress with the Dream Act but the Supreme Court on the Health care bill?
Will he do it?
