Won the biggest part as far as I am concerned,

The justices ruled that police can stop, question and detain anyone they suspect of being in the country illegally.

I was surprised by the workforce enforcement being thrown out...

The justices ruled that states may not make it a state crime for people to be in the U.S. illegally or for illegal immigrants to seek work in their state.

the solution is simple.. detain them and then charge those who have "fake IDs with identity fraud...

drop the rest off at the border..

Another key provision of the Georgia and Arizona laws was left untouched by Monday's ruling. Both states require businesses and government agencies to use the online E-Verify system to determine the immigration status of new hires.

so the only way an illegal could get hired is by breaking other laws.. such as document fraud or perjury..

so why not let the it is illegal to work part stand?
