After about a weeks reprieve with normal and even above normal temps-- winter stuck its nose back into this country...Wind howled all day yesterday and last night-- and now the temps are plunging... 12 Below this morning--supposed to be about 20 Below again tonight..

This cold front is supposed to be so strong it may dive south far enough to visit Haymaker and Kola...

Yup,it will be here in the hill country tomorrow,i think the high is fifties, cloudy with wind, not bad weather compared to what you have been gettin, but we are spoiled around here, with all the crystal clear blue bird days in the 60's and seventies, most of the winter.
good luck

Heat wave hit today-- warmed up from yesterdays 12 Below to only 10 Below this morning

Spring and even the mud that comes with it can't come too soon for me...

Be careful what you wish for OT,it's realllyyyy muddy here, and that's no fun either. Not that it's spring here, more snow on the way this week.

Our little minor snow we had, was the last moisture we've seen. I think I could deal with a foot or so of snow bout now. Least we could be assured that it wouldn't stay long...it'd melt and soak in.

Four inches of new snow, no wind, and no temperature (zero  ) here this morning. It's rather pretty with a sparkling white tablecloth covering everything.

We only got a skiff of snow last night (which should make that ice and hard snow underneath about twice as dangerous) 16 Below here this morniing--no wind and sunny- high forecast for about 0....But tonite they're saying it should plunge down below 20 Below before warmer west air begins pushing this cold front east and south on Monday and Tuesday- and actual single digit above 0 highs ...
