Who supports a woman's right not to be oppressed?

Ivanka and Melania Trump go without headscarves in Saudi Arabia visit

US first lady Melania Trump stepped off Air Force One in Riyadh on Saturday conservatively dressed in long sleeves and pants, to conform to the strict dress code Saudi Arabia enforces for its female citizens. One thing was missing: a headscarf. Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, an assistant to her father who is accompanying him on his trip, also did not cover her head.

Under the kingdom’s strict dress code for women, most female visitors are required to wear a loose black robe, known as an abaya, in public.

Michelle Obama is not impressed: Grim-faced First Lady meets the Saudi king as members of his entourage refuse to shake her hand

The president and Mrs Obama cut short their trip to India to pay their respects to the Saudi Arabian royal family on the death of King Abdullah
But the First Lady did not look happy during the brief trip to Riyadh to meet the new King Salman
During a meet and greet with Saudi dignitaries, many of the men refused to shake her hand

She was also criticized by Saudis and the Muslim world at large on Twitter for not covering her hair.

According to tweets gathered by Al-Ahram, Egypt's largest daily newspaper, many Saudis expressed outrage that Mrs Obama wore a veil to visit a mosque in Indonesia, but went without one on this condolence trip to their country. Mrs Obama also donned a sheer black veil when she met the Catholic Pope in Vatican City.

If you bow once, it is expected... so by her and her husband subjecting themselves to the muslim oppression, they soon found few respected them once they stepped out of line.

No cover-up: Michelle Obama’s political message to Saudis

It begs the question over why Mrs Obama chose to wear a headscarf in Indonesia and not in Saudi Arabia. Intentional or not, under Islamic law (Sharia) the act of not covering your head could be seen as political.

One can easily see the difference in how the Saudis' reacted to the differing political gestures,,, Trumps' strength, Bush's loyalty, and Obama's weak kneed cowering.

I did not post the demeaning picture of President Obama's wife as it is oppressive.. it can easily be found for those wishing to see a woman in a scarf scowling at her circumstances. (as well as more of her scowling in Saudi Arabia.)

Sometimes it isn't about politics, but class and demeanor,.. one can easily see who has class and who is de meaner.
