(There is a story about this, :lol: I had Tam make up some chowder frying up some mountain oyster like bacon bits and I took it to school for Teacher Appreciation Week soup and sandwich lunch for the teachers. They all loved it but i didn't tell them what was in it until the next school board meeting. The principal,a city boy, once he had it explained to him was almost sick. Never let me forget it. :lol: )
