Worthy critique of our democratic process

This woman makes some sense. Regular, frequent elections spawn short-term planning. Foreign aid has worsened Africa's situation. Taxation should reward saving, not debt-building, etc. Pretty hard to disagree.

A fairly long article, but very worthwhile, IMHO.
