turns out the intelligence behind the finding and killing of Osama was gathered at Gitmo. Was the informant waterboarded before he gave up the names of the couriers, and if so, was it worth it?

Rep. King, New York I believe it is, said the information re the courier was obtained via waterboarding. Don't know if that's correct or not.

Well if so, it shows that it works. during the debate we were told by those left leaning that it would not work and a detainee would just say whatever to make it stop

The government loves to have the right to use torture.

But who are they going to use it on?

I suspect they want to use it on the American public.

Indeed. Not unlike what Shamu inflicts on us with his youtube evidence.

Basically the government already uses all the torture it wants in the military.

What it wants is to use it publicly on the American public and have the public love it.

Don't think so? Heard of the TSA?
