They are sub dividing alot of our country here were i live . They are sellin them off in 40 acre parcles , some people are gettin them for 20 thousand a chunk . You cant get water here unless you wanna drill 5500 feet for it or deeper some places , so thats they only down fall here . We lucked out and have a good well thats been here for years and puts out about 10 gallons a minnute .
