If they'd rather be on FoodStamps and enjoy the repeal of the welfare work requirement than benefit from a true economic recovery and expansion, then vote for the redistributionist. Only thing is, the pot's going to run dry, maybe sooner then later.

And don't even pretend it's about veterans and old folks. That's as stupid as blaming a video for the MiddleEast blowing up.

First I didn't bother to go to the links as I can about imagine what they have to say.

But I would like to point out Romney may not be perfect in his speeches that are secretly being taped and heavily edited by the left but I believe he cares in his heart that Jobs are better than welfare checks. As long as he promises to provide jobs to those who actually want to work for what they need good for him. As I see it Obama would rather campaign on giving more people welfare/foodstamps than providing them with a job and lifting them out of the 47% depending on the US and that see Obama as the answer to all their woos.

I'm thinking that the "poor" and "middle class" shouldn't have to work at all.

Why not just let the rich pay for everything.

There's only 47% "poor" and "middle class" combined, so why not let the "rich" pay for us and we won't have to work at all.

Maybe they can even "offshore" the jobs, so we, the middle class, can just buy what we want from China, without working, at all. Maybe we could even just show up at the docks and pick up what we need, and the "rich will pay for it.

Dang, I think I want to be an OWS protester....or a flounder/OT

Speaking of which...maybe the Chinese will take a dollar from every sale and pay for OT's retirement.

We'll call it "redistribution of wealth"

I heard that is financially viable.

Put it in context dude....at least he didn't say "you didn't build that":

My job is not to worry about those people. I'll never convince them they should take personal responsibility and care for their lives

The interesting thing is that using the polling numbers- a couple of weeks ago Romney was closing on the electoral votes and the Repubs were actually ahead in the count for the Senate...

Since the release of the tapes and revelations of Romneys tossing away of 1/2 the population as not worth representing- that has quickly changed with Romney now showing 206 and Obama with 328 electoral votes with 4 now considered a tossup...

BUT the real big difference is showing in the Senate polling where now with the current polling 53 Democrats would win the Senate with 46 Republicans and 1 still considered a tie....

And President Obama still wouldn't be able to get a darn thing done---he had that chance once. If I was a betting man, I'd say these numbers look like they are getting ready to put in a Republican president who has to work with a Democrat majority---

As to what Romney has said on tape, can you really argue against that---those who have been living off the government are not going to vote for someone who wants them to get off their duffs and be a productive member of society. You can add in the vets/elderly all you want, but I'm of the firm belief (as are most conscientious Americans) that those people have already paid their way; thus, I think Romney was talking about those who have the ability but are too darn lazy to try. We are on the brink of turning into a free-loading society, and somebody has to have the guts to call a spade a spade---Romney did. Those against him can twist and turn this all they want---the truth hurts. I would rather cast my vote for someone who is willing to tell the truth than for someone who is too afraid to tell the truth---on any level.

It is sad that the left is too stupid to see the writing on the wall. I really hope they wake up before the chains of bondage are so tight they can't be removed. If not for them they need to for their innocent children and grandchildren

Oldtimer would rather vote for and defend somebody that can't admit a TERRORIST ATTACK is a TERRORIST ATTACK as it might hurt his chance at re-election.

Oldtimer would rather vote for and defend a guy that would rather attend a fund raiser than attend National Security Briefings the morning after a US Ambassador is killed.

Oldtimer would rather voter for and defend a guy that snubs allies while kissing up to the Muslim Brotherhood and Foreign Dictators.

Oldtimer would rather vote for and defend someone that continuely apologizes for the Constitutionally given rights to Freedom of Speech instead of telling the attackers what is going to happen if they don't clean up their act and live up to the claims of being a tolerant religion.

Oldtimer would rather vote for and defend a guy that appoints tax cheats and liars to his Administration while claiming he has implimented the highest ethics rules in history.

Oldtimer would rather vote for and defend a guy that claims he is going to be the most TRANSPARENT President in history while he seals all of his records and refuses to open them even when he is sued to turn them over.

Yes Oldtimer would rather vote for and defend Obama than admit he is a koolaid drinking fool that made a BIG AZZ MISTAKE IN 2008 when he voted for an incompetent junior senator to the most powerful office in the world that has failed in foreign and domestic affairs and has risked the lives of thousands of Americans to feed his ego due to the guys skin color.

BTW If a little seen video caused the mess in the Middle East like Obama wants everyone to believe then what is Obama spiking the ball feature MOVIE about Osama's death going to do and DOES HE CARE HOW MANY MORE AMBASSEDORS AND US SOLDIERS WILL LOSE THEIR LIVES AS LONG AS HIS EGO GETS FED?

Gallup also asked people who they were planning to vote for. The results are that Obama is leading Romney nationally 48% to 45%. Of course, the national polls are only a broad indication of what is going on in the key swing states.

Using the polls of the key swing states the electoral vote now sits at

Obama 332
Romney 206

Saturday, September 08, 2012

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Saturday shows President Obama attracting support from 46% of voters nationwide, while Mitt Romney earns 44% of the vote. Four percent (4%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided.

I almost feel sorry for old Mitt... With his numbers (especially in the tossup states he needs for the electoral votes) not showing good-- he is now getting advice from even the losers like Newt, Cain, and Palin on how he should run his campaign....And Cain is saying if he was the candidate he would be winning...

Some websites and political talking heads are suggesting that the RNC may be giving up on Romney--and funneling more of their money to the Congressional races....
