Was picking up a post and it sounded like ripping canvas in my shoulder, felt like a hot iron inside the joint, next thing I was on my knees with my stomach contense coming out of my mouth.
Doctor appointment not till next Tuesday, got it iced and feeling a little better. Got meeting Wednesday thru Saturday next week in Cheyenne and a couple jobs need done here before then. It the wrong time of year for a Doctor to cut me up....

So your wife thinks you have a screw loose?

Careful with those pain killers if your going to meetings.

Get your shoulder fixed the work will still be there when your feeling better.

Take care.

That's a bad deal Jody. So sorry to hear of it.

A while back I had something out of place and it took a good-sized dose of Naproxen to quiet the barking. Asked my daughter the nurse what the trade-off is between pills and relief and she said very simply - your kidneys.

So pain killers are good to a point until we can get the problem fixed. Then they cause us more troubles.

Tough choices to make.

Hope you heal up quick, that's just bad luck. At least you didn't hurt yourself doing something stupid.
The worst is that everyone will be asking 'what'd ya do?', and you'll have to answer 'nuthin'.
Tell 'em you were rescuing a baby out of a burning building or something.
