Yesterday at the Sale Barn

It looked to me as thought the market has firmed and even rebounded a bit. At least yesterday, in one little auction barn, in northern Canada.
Our mongrel steer calves weighed up nicely this year averaging 662 pounds straight through and fetched and average price of $1,090. One pen of 20 steers at 762 pounds commanded $1,205 per head which was in the end the tops of the sale.
It sure wasn't last years prices, but better than I had feared it would be, and certainly not a wreck.

Sounds good. Congratulations! I think the market has come back some, not sure why it fell so far so fast.

How would that calculate into US dollars?
