Finally the rye is baled, the corn is planted and custom spraying is hitting a lull before bean spraying starts. Its has been a long and somewhat frustrating planting season. Not to sound like a whiner but we sure hope Mother Nature sends some rain. I think I'll cut hay and see if that helps.

Around here the rye is all headed out. Baling and chopping is about done. I will say that the rye yield seemed to be average or up a little.
