I've watched many folks that were sold that song and dance by some of the rightwingernuts-- good people but gullible-- like the Freemen- and the Posse Comitatus folks- that ended up losing everything- and some are still sitting in prison....

LeRoy Schweitzer and the Freemen used Anderson on the Uniform Commercial Code, a Bankers Handbook and various other materials related to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) to file notices of liens against public officials. The purported liens were then allegedly sold to generate equity to fund efforts of the Freeman to make a "firm offer to pay off the national debt." The Freemen claimed that the alleged liens conformed to the UCC, and that their "Justus Township" court had an interest in a tort claim for damages, or for damages incurred by the named public officials for violations of their oaths of office. The Freeman viewed public officials' support and support of the credit system as a non-constitutional act that was "...depriving the people of their property until our posterity wakes up homeless...".[citation needed]
Schweitzer has been serving a 22-year sentence for 25 convictions of crimes stemming from a scheme to issue bogus checks. He is incarcerated at the Administrative Maximum (ADX) facility at the Florence Federal Correctional Complex at Florence, Colorado, and is scheduled for release in December 2018.[1] A jury convicted him of conspiracy, bank fraud, mail fraud, wire fraud, false claims to the IRS, interstate transportation of stolen property, threats against public officials, armed robbery of a television news crew and firearms violations.

Taxes and false tax claims is what started it all- and made them criminals-- and why all the local folks lost their ranchs, homes and business's....
Following a rightwingernut attorney from Calgary's scam- that said the tax laws were not enforceable- and that only the gold standard counted...

Yes they will throw you in jail for not paying, if you file, and don't pay.
Claim the fifth, and don't file, they will not arrest you. So I've heard!
But please, don't take my word for it, check it out for yourself!
