2004 Polaris Ranger 2x4

I have a 2004 Polaris Ranger 2x4 with carb problems. The only way I can get it to start is to pull the spark plug, crank the engine over a couple time, reinstall the spark plug and it start right up.
Anyone have a solution?

needle and seat need replaced would be my guess.We had to put in a set plus a carb kit on our quad for the same issue.
