This came email, thought it quite interesting.

CAN MUSLIMS BE GOOD AMERICANS?

This is very interesting and we all need to read it from start to Finish and send it on to anyone who will read it. Maybe this is why our American Muslims are so quiet and not speaking out about any atrocities.

Can a good Muslim be a good American? This question was forwarded to a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for 20 years. The following is his reply:

Theologically - no . . . Because his allegiance is to Allah, The moon God of Arabia Religiously - no. . . Because no other religion is accepted by His Allah except Islam (Quran, 2:256)(Koran)

Scripturally - no. . . Because his allegiance is to the five Pillars of Islam and the Quran.

Geographically - no . Because his allegiance is to Mecca , to which he turns in prayer five times a day.

Socially - no. . . Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.

Politically - no. . . Because he must submit to the mullahs (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of& nbsp; Israel and destruction of America , the great Satan.

Domestically - no. . Because he is instructed to marry four Women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him (Quran 4:34)

Intellectually - no. . Because he cannot accept the American Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he believes the Bible to be corrupt.

Philosophically - no. . . Because Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran does not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam cannot co-exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.

Spiritually - no. . . Because when we declare 'one nation under God,' the Christian's God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER referred to as Heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in The Quran's 99 excellent names.

Therefore, after much study and deliberation....Perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. - - - They obviously cannot be both 'good' Muslims and good Americans.

Call it what you wish, it's still the truth. You had better believe it. The more who understand this, the better it will be for our country and our future. The religious war is bigger than we know or understand. And Barack Hussein Obama, a Muslim, wants to be our President? You have GOT to be kidding! Wake up America! Obama even says if he wins the election, he will be sworn in on the Quran---not a Bible! Footnote: He was sworn in on the Quran for his current office and he refuses to pledge allegiance to the United States or
put his hand over his heart when the National Anthem is played! The Muslims have said they will destroy us from within. Hello! Having a Muslim president would seem to fit the bill! Will you trust this man with our national secrets?

SO FREEDOM IS NOT FREE. THE MARINES WANT THIS TO ROLL ALL OVER THE U.S. Please don't delete this until you send it on. Everyone on the planet needs to read this.

Obama is a Muslim?
That is news to me. I know one thing.... radicals of all religions scare the hell out of me. Being racist and a bigot is wrong regardless of the name of the prophet they use as an excuse to justify hatred.
It seems that the last days of this election is bringing out the rabid hatred of Obama. I do believe the founding fathers of the constitution sought to create a great country which seperated religion and government. There are many christians and muslims who would like to merge the two in the name of god. Both factions are just as wrong.

Hanta, I'll have to agree. I don't care if you are "supposed" to keep religion and work separate. Your strong religious beliefs WILL win out. A "good" person would know not to lie, cheat, steal, ect, ect. But it happens every day. Yes. Good people ain't perfect. Religious people ain't perfect. And I can sure as shootin' guarantee that the Muslims have a FAR stronger agenda and belief system than Christians or Catholics do. They will try to wipe us off the face of the earth. That's why we don't want a president that even HINTS at being Muslim and that's also why we have our good boys in the Middle East keeping us from harm day in and day out. Pointless war my foot.

And another thing. Has it occurred to you that not only has Obama raised questions about his real beliefs in the minds of many people, but he also is STRONGLY against the war over in the Middle East and wants to end it ASAP? Does that seem slightly odd????? Or not?

If being a Muslim is the criteria for wanting to get out of the ill advised war in Iraq- then the country has a lot of Muslims....

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that 58% of Americans want the troops brought home from Iraq within a year.

Well, OT, after taking a few to cool down, I won't argue the fact that many folks want our boys out of the Middle East. But I can't accept the fact that the war is completely pointless. I do honestly, and truly, think that we need some sort of protection from the folks that ran a plane into a major trade building. It certainly makes me feel safer when I lay my head down at night. My main focus of being here is to learn and learn some more, and I admit I am too opinionated for my age. After all, being true to yourself as I was advised doesn't mean I can mess up or make a mistake. We may not see eye to eye on everything, but sorry for getting so het up about something beyond my control. Good evening to you all.

We should have invaded Saudi Arabia then- UAE, Lebanon and Egypt where the terrorists came from-including continuing full support of the war in Afghanistan where Osama Bin Laden and Al Quaeda was and had trained....Not a country the the NIE said "presents no direct threat to the US"- and whose invasion and occupation then became a rallying point for recruitment of more terrorists worldwide- while the Taliban and Al Quaeda rebuilt its strength because of US shortage of troops to where the General in charge of Afghanistan last week said we can not win it with the current methods we are using....

Even the Rand Institute which did the last study on terrorism and Iraq last year for the military- said that occupation of countries like Iraq creates more terrorists than it gets rid of--and on top of that Iraq disrupted the balance of power they presented against Iran (their enemy) and has allowed Iran to greatly strenthen their position in the region....

Isn't it intresting that the Obama lovers haven't replied to the original post?? I cant believe that AMERICANS are supporting a guy who won't place his hand over his heart during the Pledge of Alligence!!!! This alone should bring questions about his true intentions.

Islamic leaders have said that this is a relegious war, and here we are trying to elect a muslim as President of the greatest nation in the world? Doesnt make good sense to me.

Do not know about the Obama is a muslim thing - however, after a long visit with a "village leader" the other day I can tell you this.

Moderate or radical - the muslim will do as he is told when he is told - or he will be punished by the tribe/village/group/mullah/mucktar etc.

It is not the radical you need to fear - for they are a known quantity - it is the moderate who has lived under the radar screen on as a publicly avowed moderate.

In the middle east if the mullah or mucktar says go and "do this" - you will do it. For to defy them is to invite death. There is no such thing as a moderate.

I suspect it is, or will be soon enough - the same in your country.

"A IGNORANT QUESTION TO ASK??"

KOOKOO, the education system has failed YOU!

The question is fair and timely. The fact that you are blind, ignorant, and sexually frustrated is not an excuse to vote for Bammy when you have the opportunity to educate and reform yourself.

protect us from enemies both foriegn and domestic.

when this a-hole Obama starts gutting us from with in, will the congress have the balls to stop him, or will it take a military coup to save us?

Who and what says we have to keep religious faith and work separate? Our country was founded on Christian principles with sacred scripture as their guide. There concern was not with religion but rather that GOVT would try to create a STATE RELIGION and every individual would have to be part of this one state run religion. Nothing more.

Well, that actually makes some sense. For example, if you look at the Roman emperor Diocletian's persecution of the Christians, his plan back fired on him. Instead of getting rid of the Christians, he simply created more that wanted to follow the same faith.
