I think some folks sold them just in time. Choice Cutout is dropping as well as Cash Fats. Well played by whoever sold these.

Those must be a fantastic set of reputation cattle.
 
They would lose 30 dollars per head if all the above was true and the feed was free. Those Nebraska cattle must be quite a pleasure to own.

Those 773 @ 178 would seem real high against a 113 board

IMO, Depends upon why you think the price drop.

If you think it is Drought and you have feed, hold and feed. If you think the sunup was an overbought optimism of exports to China, I wouldn't expect a fast turnaround.
