Calgary Stampede is on RFD-TV

The steer wrestling had just started when the driveway got invaded. I was wanting to see how Dakota Eldridge would do. But I had to clear the invasion. They were just starting the saddle broncs when I got back. That was a darn good ride on a rank horse by Kolby.

In the other pictures of the horses going down the side of the road, it looks like they may be thinking "that sure didn't turn out like we planned. 😊

I wonder if they will televise the team roping since it was included in 2020, but is not part of the rodeo performance.
Gee, I bet Cody n Nancy could tell us.

The Cowboy Channel ran it again so I got to watch Dakota be 4.4 and win the round.

If the horses come again I will give the neighbor a call and he will run them way back. I just ran them to his driveway. They will stay gone for about a month.

Good thing he had a helmet on or he would have got a broken nose or a few teeth knocked out.

Where can I find the Casper rodeo?

My folks always attended when I was a kid as we lived 120 miles from Casper. Got to see Gene Autry, Rex Allen and some I can't remember. YIPPEE!! Rex Allen went to see my mother in the hospital. She told the nurses they were old friends so when Rex went to the hospital to visit the kids, they told him he had an old friend there. He played right along with it. Never let on. And sent her flowers the next day.

Thanks!! I will record it. Sheridan WYO rodeo is on a cable channel here, I don't know if it would be included in 100 days of rodeo. I need to check that out. It is a PRCA rodeo.
 
It was on the Cowboy Channel. I came in in the middle of the Indian Relay Race. yes, that Indian announcer was a hoot. I didn't see Casper last night. They the Pikes Peak rodeo on. Surprise, Ryder and Rusty Wright were winning first and second in the saddle bronc riding. With a bunch of the big boys up in Calgary they can clean up while the competition is out of town.

Casper was on later. I didn't stay up to see what performance it was. I recorded it so I will check. Pikes Peak was on too, maybe before Sheridan. So neat they are doing this. Before the Cowboy Channel you couldn't find a rodeo to watch.
 
I have been fussing and fuming about paying for a premium cable service and not getting the cowboy channel ever since it was launched. All the channels given for it online for my cable service are incorrect. I finally called the company whining about paying a premium and being ripped off. The lady kindly said try channel 850 for HD. I did after I retrieved the remote from out in the lawn where I tossed it through the open door in a moment of disgust, and there it was. Since I go to bed early I will record the Calgary stampede or what is left of it tonight. I won't mention any names, being the kindly timid old lady I am, but now I am up to snuff with a certain ex roper of nightclub mechanical rough stock. I think I will wear the pair of bareback lightly worn Lawman's I just bought on Poshmark since no one can see the back pocket big W's anyway when I am sitting down yelling at the girls running the barrels in their low-rise tight Cinch jeans.
